I build businesses, lead teams, and create structure where there isn't any. Joined an early-stage startup, earned a partnership, and built it into a $10M+ manufacturing operation as CEO—bootstrapped the entire way. Based in Denver.
I answered a Craigslist ad in 2018 for a small CBD startup that barely had a product. Within months I'd rebuilt the website, redesigned the brand, and earned a full partnership—because the founders could see I was building like it was mine. I was operating as COO within months and eventually took over as CEO. Over seven years, we built it into a vertically integrated CPG manufacturing company with a GMP-certified facility, a 20-person team, and $10M+ in cumulative revenue—bootstrapped the entire way.
The reason I was effective is that I understand every layer of the operation. Production, supply chain, brand, creative, sales, compliance, hiring, culture—I've sat in every seat, which means I make better decisions and my teams trust that I actually know what I'm asking them to do. That depth isn't about grinding hours. It's about having the range to see the whole picture and move fast where it matters.
What I care about most is building something real with people who are serious about the work. I lead by being in the details—not micromanaging, but actually understanding the work well enough that my team knows I'll never ask them to do something I haven't done or can't do myself. That builds trust, and trust is what makes a team run instead of grind. Culture isn't a buzzword to me. It's the operating system.
My background is CPG, manufacturing, and e-commerce, but the actual skill set goes wider than that. I taught myself design, web development, paid acquisition, and AI tooling because the business needed it and I don't wait for someone else to figure things out. I'm an operator first, and I pick up whatever skill the situation demands.
Put me in the right environment with the right people and watch what happens. That's not arrogance—it's seven years of proof that when the pieces are aligned, I can carry serious weight and do it well.
The proof point. Joined an early-stage startup, earned a partnership, and scaled a manufacturing company with no outside capital, no MBA, and no playbook.
Every brand, every identity, every storefront—designed and built by me. No agency. No outside creative help.
Created three proprietary retail brands spanning supplements, adaptogens, and functional wellness. Designed every logo, label, package, product mockup, and Shopify storefront myself using Photoshop and Illustrator.
Beyond our own brands, I designed full identity systems for 20-30 contract manufacturing clients—including multi-location retail chains.
Seven years of doing every job in the building. Not a specialist—an operator who built, scaled, and ran the whole thing.
I'm looking for the right opportunity to build alongside serious people doing meaningful work. If that sounds like your world, I'd love to talk.
