I built every element of it, from the production floor to brand identity to team culture. Now I want to bring that operator mindset to high-growth companies that need someone who's done it before.

The short version.

In 2018, I put up a Craigslist ad. No degree, no corporate experience, no connections. A small supplement startup answered, invited me in, and took a chance. Within months I'd rebuilt their website, redesigned the brand, and earned my first equity because the founders could see I was building like it was mine.

I was running operations as COO within months and eventually took over as CEO. Over seven years, we turned a $6,000 investment into a vertically integrated CPG manufacturing company: GMP-certified facility, 20 employees, $12M+ in cumulative revenue, and zero outside funding.

I've done formulation, production, supply chain, compliance, hiring, firing, brand, creative, web development, paid ads, B2B sales, and e-commerce. Not at a surface level. Deep enough to train someone else to do it or fix it when it broke. I didn't manage from a distance. I knew what every person on my team was doing because I'd done their job before.

I'm looking for the right team and the right problem. I want to build alongside people who take the work seriously, somewhere bigger than what I could build alone.

Joined Early. Earned Everything.
Put up a Craigslist ad and connected with a small supplement startup looking for help. Rebuilt the brand and website within weeks, earned a full partnership, and launched our first e-commerce brand from a small warehouse in Arvada, CO.

Built the Engine (COO)
Scaled from first sales to over $1M annually. Doubled the facility to 12,000 sq ft, hired and trained a growing team, and launched full gummy manufacturing. We were producing for our own brands and for major industry clients at the same time.

Peak Operations. Took Over as CEO.
Took over as CEO and hit peak revenue. 20 employees, 3 proprietary brands, 35+ SKUs, 250+ wholesale accounts, and distribution across multiple countries. We were the manufacturer behind supplement brands sitting on shelves at national retailers.

Brands & Creative

Built three proprietary retail brands in supplements, adaptogens, and functional wellness. Every logo, label, package, mockup, and Shopify storefront was designed by me in Photoshop and Illustrator.

I also designed full identity systems for 20 to 30 contract manufacturing clients, including multi-location retail chains. After the exit, I founded Chugg, a clear protein brand, with GMP manufacturing partners already in place.

Team Leadership & Culture
Built and led a 20-person team across production, operations, and creative. Handled hiring, training, and building buy-in around a shared vision.
Operations & Manufacturing
GMP compliance, SOPs, facility buildout, production scheduling, and full supply chain management. Built the entire system from a blank warehouse.
Revenue & P&L
Full financial ownership across manufacturing, wholesale, and DTC. Managed margins, pricing, COGS, and budgeting across every channel.

I don't wait to be told. If something's broken, I'm already on it. If there's a gap, I'm filling it. I'd rather move and course-correct than sit in a meeting about it.

I can work in chaos but I don't leave it that way. I build repeatable processes and clear ownership so the business can grow without everything running through one person.
